Laxman Naik is a leading Dalit activist of the Ma Mati Mali Surakhya Manch, and also of Samajwadi Jan Parishad. Professionally, he is a skilled martial arts trainer in Rayagada District. Dr Randall Sequeria has been working with Adivasi communities in Kalahandi and Rayagada districts. After MBBS, he did MD in General Medicine. He is also a member of Medico Friends Circle and Jan Swasthya Abhiyan. Both are dedicated to supporting people’s movements struggling against dispossession and distress caused by mining and industrialization and in protecting human habitats. .

Fact Finding Report on Repression on Delhi NCR Workers’ Protest by Jan Hastakshep

Civil Rights organization “Jan Hastakshep” decided to send a fact-finding team to Noida and Gurgaon-Manesar to comprehensively study the prevailing situation and all the incidents. For this purpose, two separate investigation teams were formed. One team visited Noida on 24 April 2026, and the other visited Gurgaon-Manesar on 17 May 2026. In addition, several labor activists and leaders from Noida and Gurgaon, who had been in jail due to arrests, met the Jan Hastakshep investigation team after being released on bail and provided information about the facts.
